 Submission RulesEVERYONE CAN JOIN!   When you contribute art, please find the right folder for your work. If you submit to the wrong folder, we will decline. Members have a limit 3 photographs PER WEEK so send us your Best Photographs. Photos with big signature will be declined. (when you look at photo and sign make you look only on it because it is too big and colorfull or it is placed on the subject of the photo it is really annoying). We do not accept photo-manipulations (only small photo-manipulations, which make photograph better will be accepted) Pictures taken with phone cameras and with really bad quality (big grain, fuzzy, unsharp, ...) will be declined. The photograph has to have a HIGH QUALITY (perfect focus, composition,...). The photograph has to be "OUTSTANDING" (unique theme, thing or person showed in another, not seen perspective), has to make us say 'wow'. If you want to submit photo because "it's nice colors,...", you want to promote you new photo or anything else, please think about it again. We're extremely picky about photographs.All submissions go through a voting process with the admins of the group. So if a deviation didn't get enough 'Yes-Votes' it isn't admitted to the group. Please feel free to submit another deviation if you like. If your photograph has been declined, please do not resubmit it. If you want to have a reason for a decision given to you, feel free to ask at the submission process itself (not via notes and especially not on the profile page of this group). Please support the artists you like by faving their work, visiting their page, deviantWATCHing them and commenting on their deviations. You may only suggest a favorite of someone else's work, NOT YOURS, or we will decline. You can suggest 5 photographs per day to favourites. Some words about folders: FEATURED Folder 'FEATURED' is reserved for the best of the best photograpghs which has been submited in this group.Founder will choose this photos from other folders and put them in 'FEATURED'.Every month Founder will make a news presenting the best of the best from our group.When you don't know where you have to put your photo, please put it in the folder 'MISCELLANEOUS'. ABSTRACT and SURREALAbstract photography obscures the subject. It is nonrepresentational, suggesting shapes, often without distinct form. Surreal photography depicts imagery that is dreamlike in quality, beyond the real. Photos submitted to this gallery should have minimal editing (simple edits like levels, curves, colours, etc, are okay, but no photomanips allowed). ANIMALS, PLANTS and NATUREPhotography of animals including wild life, insects, reptiles, domesticate animals and birds, featuring plants, trees, flowers, mushrooms, etc. Essentially, any photo that showcases any of the many members of the kingdom Plantae, photographs of landscape including the visible features of an area of land, water bodies such as rivers, lakes and the sea, living elements of land cover including vegetation and waterscapes photos of natural scenery that contain water as the main subject. ARCHITECTUREPhotos showing buildings, bridges, monuments and other that feature human-made structures. CONCEPTUALA picture that has a strong concept to it, an important meaning. MACROMacro and close-up photos of nature, objects. MISCELLANEOUSPhotos which shows things not connected with other folders. PEOPLE and PORTRAITSPhotography of one or more people which may or may not include the face. STILL LIFEFolder where you can submit photos including things which we can name 'dead' for example books, jewellery, toys, cut flowers, food, ... (you can not submit here people or animals) URBAN and RURALThis gallery showcases photography of street scenes, cityscapes and life in urban and rural areas. |
